Warranty Policy & Terms and Conditions
At EN Gadget BD, we give the highest priority to providing our customers with reliable products and dependable after-sales service. For products sold by us that are covered by a warranty, the warranty will be provided in accordance with the warranty policy, terms and conditions, and warranty period determined by the respective brand/company.
1. Warranty Claim Procedure
If a problem occurs with a warranted product during normal use, the customer must:
- Bring the product to any of our shops/outlets.
- Bring the valid purchase receipt/payment receipt/order proof for the product.
- Our team will inspect the product and determine the nature of the problem.
- Where applicable, further action will be taken according to the warranty policy of the respective brand/company.
Important: The fact that a product is covered by a warranty does not mean that every type of damage will be covered. The issue must fall within the coverage of the respective brand’s warranty terms.
2. Cases Where Warranty Does Not Apply
Warranty will generally not apply to products damaged due to any of the following, unless otherwise specified in the respective brand’s policy:
- 🔥 Burning or damage caused by fire or excessive heat.
- ⚡ Damage caused by excessive voltage, short circuits, incorrect power adapters, or electrical issues.
- 🔋 Damage to the battery or product caused by overcharging or improper charging.
- 🌡️ Damage caused by abnormal heating or excessive overheating.
- 💧 Damage caused by being dropped into water, liquid damage, or moisture.
- 💥 Breakage caused by dropping the product, impact, pressure, or any other physical damage.
- 🛠️ Opening, modifying, or repairing the product by an unauthorized person or service center.
- 📱 Usage-related cracks, breakage, dents, or physical damage to the screen, body, casing, or other parts.
- 🧹 Problems caused by excessive dirt, stains, rust, or lack of cleanliness.
- 🧴 Damage caused by contact with chemicals, oil, perfume, or any other liquid.
- ❌ Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the prescribed usage instructions.
- 🔧 Problems caused by user modifications, alterations, or the use of unauthorized accessories.
3. For Water-Resistant / Waterproof Products
Even if a product is described as Water-Resistant or Waterproof, warranty coverage is not automatically guaranteed in the event of water damage.
Liquid/Water Damage will be considered according to the product’s specific IP Rating, usage instructions, and the warranty terms of the respective brand.
4. Product Inspection and Warranty Decision
After a warranty claim is submitted, the product may be inspected by our team or by the respective brand/authorized service authority.
Based on the inspection results, it will be determined whether the issue is:
Warranty Covered or Warranty Not Covered.
If the warranty applies, Repair, Replacement, Service, or another applicable solution may be provided according to the respective brand’s policy.
5. Warranty Terms May Vary by Brand
Warranty policies are not the same for every brand and product. Therefore, the warranty period, service procedure, replacement facility, and coverage of a product will be determined according to the respective brand/company’s own policy.
If necessary, EN Gadget BD may send the product to the respective brand, supplier, or authorized service authority.
6. Please Keep Your Receipt
The purchase receipt/payment receipt/order information is very important for receiving warranty service.
Therefore, please keep your receipt safely after purchasing the product and bring it with you when making a warranty claim.
7. Important Notice
The warranty service provided by EN Gadget BD is subject to the official Warranty Terms & Conditions of the respective product’s brand/company.
The final decision regarding the type of damage, warranty coverage, or service facility will be determined based on the respective brand/company’s policy and the results of the product inspection.
