Return of Goods
At EN Gadget BD, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or significantly different product from what you ordered, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, invoice/order details, and applicable seals or stickers intact. Products with physical damage, scratches, burn or water damage, unauthorized repair, modification, or missing accessories may not be eligible for return.
For damaged or incorrect deliveries, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your Order ID along with clear photos and, if available, an unboxing video. After verification and inspection, EN Gadget BD may provide a replacement, repair, warranty service, or refund according to the nature of the issue.
Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted unless specifically mentioned on the product page or applicable offer.
